Overview

Platt Park is a tight-knit neighborhood south of Washington Park centered on Old South Pearl Street, one of Denver's favorite blocks for restaurants, coffee, and the summer farmers market. Its streets are full of well-kept bungalows and a growing number of modern homes, and the Louisiana-Pearl light rail station puts downtown about 15 minutes away.

Homes You'll Find

Platt Park is a neighborhood of early 1900s bungalows, cottages, and Denver Squares on compact city lots. Many originals have been renovated, and new two-story homes and side-by-side duplexes have replaced smaller houses on a good number of blocks. Attached homes range from newer duplexes and townhomes to condos near Broadway and Old South Pearl.
