Overview

Park Hill stretches east of City Park and is known for its wide parkways, mature trees, and remarkable variety of early 1900s architecture. Both South and North Park Hill have a strong neighborhood identity, with local shops along 23rd Avenue and Kearney Street, City Park a short bike ride west, and downtown and the airport both within easy reach.

Homes You'll Find

Park Hill is a single-family neighborhood of 1900s to 1920s brick bungalows, Denver Squares, and Tudors, with larger homes on the wide parkways and smaller cottages on the interior blocks. South Park Hill holds the largest and most expensive homes, while North Park Hill includes more 1940s and 1950s ranches. Attached homes are limited, mostly small condo buildings and townhomes near Colfax and Colorado Boulevard.
