Overview

Central Park, formerly known as Stapleton, was built on the site of Denver's old airport and is one of the largest master-planned communities in the country. It offers newer homes, dozens of parks and pools, and neighborhood town centers with shops and restaurants, plus the A Line to downtown and the airport and quick access to I-70.

Homes You'll Find

Central Park was built from the early 2000s on, so home types vary by size and style rather than age. You will find condos and row homes near the town centers, three- to five-bedroom single-family homes on alley-loaded lots throughout, and larger homes and newer builds in the northern sections near Northfield. Many homes include front porches, detached garages, and carriage units.
