Great to Hear From You

It was great to hear a little bit about what you're looking for on Instagram. From what you've shared, you're ready to trade the Midtown townhome for a single-family home with a real yard, and you're drawn to the northwest side: Sunnyside, Berkeley, the Highlands, Wheat Ridge, and parts of Arvada.

Think of this page as a starting point. I'd love to sit down together and help you find your next home!

Where You're Looking

LoHi views, Highlands Square charm, and some of Denver's most sought-after streets.

The Highlands, including Lower Highland (LoHi) and West Highland, is one of Denver’s most popular places to live. Perched on the bluff northwest of downtown, the area takes its name from its elevated location. Over the past few decades, new development and higher-density housing have transformed the neighborhood, creating a mix of historic charm and modern design. Residents enjoy skyline views, walkable shopping and dining districts, and local favorites like Highlands Square along West 32nd Avenue.

Homes you'll find

The Highlands mixes Victorian cottages, early 1900s bungalows, and Denver Squares with a large amount of newer construction. LoHi in particular has seen many original homes replaced by modern single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes, and attached homes make up a large share of sales. Many newer townhomes feature three-story layouts topped with rooftop decks, offering additional outdoor living space and, in some cases, views of downtown or the mountains. Further west toward Highlands Square, the blocks stay more historic, with renovated bungalows and Tudors alongside new builds.

Why a Buyer Consult

Sit Down for a Buyer Consult

45 to 60 minutes, in person or on a call

A buyer consult is where we get specific about what you want, what you want to spend, and how we'll handle the search and the offer. You walk away with a clear plan, and I walk away knowing exactly what to send you.

We'll cover:

  • What you want in the home: must-haves, nice-to-haves, and the one thing you won't compromise on
  • The numbers: price range, monthly payment comfort zone, and how your current equity fits in
  • Sell first or buy first, and what each path looks like for you
  • How I set up your search so you see the right homes the day they list
  • What to expect from offer to keys in today's market
